It is our great pleasure to present to you Nautic Apartments - air-conditioned, comfortable “studio” apartments, in a newly-built private house in a quiet part of Vis, known as “Kut”.
If you, like many tourists, are tired of the classic rush of hotel life and the impersonal atmosphere, and are also looking for cheaper accommodation, Nautic Apartments is the right place for you. Lot's of good restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Our apartments are far from the everyday rush of urban life, but with the benefits of modern technology (fax, digital SAT, colour TV and wireless internet WiFi so you can bring your computer).

Located literally right on the sea front, with the beautiful park of the restaurant “Villa Kaliopa” behind,  with a large terrace on the north side of the house, this is the ideal situation for relaxation and enjoyment.

Each mini kitchen, equipped with a sink, a fridge, an electrical mini oven and the necessary pans and crockery, offers you the opportunity to prepare your own food as you do at home. If you wish, a microwave oven, food processor and other kitchen aids are also available.

Depending on which apartment you choose, or which is available, the bathroom has a shower cubicle, and/or bathtub (140 cm). The apartment A1   has a Jacuzzi bathtub with hydro-massage. All bathrooms has a medicine cabinet and hair drier.

All the apartments are air-conditioned and also have colour TV and digital SAT receiver. In the ground floor of the house there are available PC computers, an Internet connection and fax. By special arrangement we are also able to offer you scanning facilities for your photographs or digital photography of your holiday, and to send these pictures over the Internet, as well as recording your pictures on a CD-ROM.

We will welcome you like friends to our home and offer you far more than just the usual accommodation services. We will be your real hosts. We will inform you of everything of importance to help you reach the island as quickly and as easily as possible. We can arrange or reserve anything you may be interested in on the island.

Organised or independent trips, renting rowing boats, diving, riding, sailing, hill-walking, paragliding, water scooters or bicycle hire, and evening trips, are just some of the activities we can help you with. If necessary we can also help you find a market or restaurant, to buy olive oil, top-quality wines, herbal brandy or any one of the other many specialities of Vis.

We will take care to plan your stay on our beautiful island, according to your own personal wishes, in the best possible way.

A few more points:

Apartments in the high summer season (July – August) assume a stay of at least one week. Mostly the stay will start on a Saturday afternoon and the apartment will be vacated by 10:00 am on a Saturday. This is not a rule, especially for reservations made early enough in advance, but we have different prices and conditions for stays of less than 7 and less than 4 days, and priorities when reserving accommodation.

Out of season accommodation, prices and condition are much more flexible and may differ considerably from the above. Therefore by all means contact us with your requests or needs or for information.

If you wish, upon your arrival one of us will be waiting for you at the harbor, in front of the ferry. If your  ferry is delayed, don't worry, we will check its arrival time and be there on time.
Usually you will be able to check-in on arrival, but if a previous guest is leaving the same day you arrive, your check-in will be between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm (if you arrived on island with car ferry at 11:00 am). 

In our desire to keep our apartments in good condition, we mainly prefer guests who do not smoke, but if you are a smoker you can enjoy smoking on the terrace.
