How to book apartment for your holiday ?

It's fast and easy !

Making a reservation
Nautic Apartment can be booked in the same way as a hotel. All you need to do is fill out the form below and send it to us by pressing the Submit Reservation button at the bottom of the form.

Once we have received your request, we will let you know as soon as possible if the apartment you wish is available for the requested period. We will email you all the details - booking period, number of persons, total cost, method of payment, amounts of the initial payment (security deposit) and of the final payment and when these amounts are due. For more details about payment visit our price list !

Confirmation of reservation
Once we have received your initial payment (security deposit), we will email you confirmation of your reservation. Your name will then appear in the table of availiability for the period reserved and that's it !

Final payment
The balance of the rent is to be paid in cash directly to the owner upon your arrival and after visiting the apartment. For more details about payment visit our price list !

Check-in time
Usually you will able to check-in on arrival, but if previous guests are leaving the same day, you check-in will be between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm (if you arrived on the island by the ferry at 11:15 am).
If you wish to guarantee check-in before 10.00am you will need to pre-book, and pay for the previous night.

Check-out time
Check-out time is 10.00am !
If you wish to guarantee a late checkout you will need to book for the next night.

Changing a reservation
If you wish to change your reservation you can contact us by email or call the Nautic Apartments reservation service at +385/21/717-020 during the reservation service business hours, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday (GMT +01:00).
If the change is possible, there will be an additional charge of 10 Euro !

Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled at any time after it has been confirmed,
the initial payment will not be refunded !

Late arrival and/or early departure Policy:
For any late arrival and/or early departure by the guest after the arrival date and/or befor the departure date the owner will remain liable for the full amount of the rental which covering the full
period of renting.
